The IP Security Camera Systems is very easy to expand the existing facility. In addition, there is a possibility data transfer, which is applicable in the event of widespread urban buildings and monuments in the case of (difficulties with cabling).

In large systems, in buildings scattered in buildings with a modern structure of telecommunication engineering, installation of monitoring should be built in IP Camera Systems technology. Installation of monitoring based on IP network offers great flexibility build large installations. An example is a global network of monitoring Cisco.

It integrates 296 objects monitored, distributed in 60 countries – working there in 2661 cameras. Due to the simplicity of construction and the possibility to replace programming support personnel such systems are worth building now for several cameras. Within 2-3 years this type of installation will be standard.
The architecture of a network installation monitoring IP is the same as ordinary computer networks. Equipment for processing the video signal have their own IP addresses. You can use plant extracts such as analog cameras through the application of analog signal converters / figure called and reverse (digit / analog) decoders. Registration of the signal can occur in traditional DVR (locally) and the signal stream recorders (remotely).

The rapid development of closed circuit television CCTV meant that users of the system installed a few years ago should consider the possibilities of urgent upgrading. Modernization of systems, often at low cost, functionality and will increase safety and reduce the number of employees in the operation of the system. Modernization of systems rely primarily on digital image transmission, which allows you to preview the monitored object in a web browser (it is enough to have the appropriate login information).
The development of monitoring networks pass through three stages:

Analog CCTV

CCTV with digital recording to HDD

CCTV over IP networks

This blog is devoted to the latter stage of development of the CCTV network, or IP Camera Systems. The rationale is primarily the fact that more and more projects and installations is towards Security Camera Systems. This is due to the increasing capabilities of digital cameras, with increasingly better resolution (the highest megapixel cameras are, for example, 5 megapixel) and transmission formats and better image.

Client software allows you to connect to the system without restriction to the archives and access to live up to 64 cameras simultaneously.
Netstation provides support for PTZ cameras. It has all the popular protocols and the possibility of editing or adding your own. Security Cameras control can be done by keyboard, mouse or USB control panel (joystick).

Megapixel revolution in CCTV

IP CCTV technology has developed so far relatively slowly. This was because the recorders with network functions (sometimes often more advanced than some IP cameras), supported by cheap analog cameras were an attractive alternative to IP CCTV systems.

Reduction of analog TV (PAL, NTSC) is the resolution, which is 720 x 576
No such restrictions on IP CCTV systems equipped with megapixel cameras.
The advantages of megapixel cameras can be made assuming that the optimal monitoring of approximately 130 pixels should be recorded every inch of the observed object.

It follows that if the object is 50 meters long, and the system is analogue (720 pixels) that are needed are 9 cameras.

For cameras with 1.3 megapixel (1280 x 1024) just 5, and the camera 2 Mpix – 4 cameras.
A smaller number of cameras has many advantages. First of all, it lowers the cost and time of installation and maintenance.
Also, using fewer cameras are much cheaper.

You can not forget the alternative to the megapixel cameras, which are very popular PTZ cameras. With appropriate optics, it is possible to extend the aforementioned object, even a single camera rotation. However, this approach has many drawbacks. First of all, the camera can only be set in one of two ways.

The first one provides an overall view. Then there is no mention of details such as license plate in car. Second way, using an optical zoom will increase the opportunity to identify the details, but it takes place at the expense of the rest of the image.

In addition, PTZ cameras require the operator, who must decide what is interesting and focus on that area. In the case of stationary megapixel camera, always include the fixed area, making sure all events are recorded, and the increase can be made using the digital zoom.

The system includes an object placed in the camera in versions targeted to those prevailing in the area are used typical standard-definition cameras – monochrome and color lines 420/480 – 350 lines, which are well fulfill its role in the observational systems. The use of cameras with improved resolution – 570/600 and 460, respectively line allows you to read more details. Better performing camera, equipped with good quality lens and the cover of the heaters equipped with a thermostat will ensure the generation of good images in all conditions.

Due to the nature of the observed object is to be incorporated into the camera, which may be vulnerable to accidental or intentional damage. In such cases, use the ceiling in Dome camera housings with polycarbonate. In systems containing a dozen or so cameras used to enable sequential switches vision viewing on a video monitor or dividers to allow simultaneous display of images from all security cameras. Image recording is made digitally on disk. Carefully selected equipment for the assembly are applicable in all circumstances (even very difficult) jobs.

These systems allow the monitoring of areas with a high surface area, the detection of events, identification of high-speed video, simultaneous access to images from all cameras, images and data archiving, fast access to selected parts of the recorded material to obtain high quality images to enable further processing , securing archived material from unauthorized access, programming, recording the frequency and automatic recording of events. When designing Security Camera Systems rely mainly on the equipment with reputable manufacturers. We provide solutions for both small domestic installations and industrial facilities to monitor and outside in various weather and lighting.
